What methods?
Psychological coaching
This coaching program focuses on personal development, helping individuals overcome blocks and limiting patterns (beliefs, thoughts) to achieve concrete goals. It utilizes tools from psychology (talking, questioning and reformulation, the Wheel of Life, value systems, nonviolent communication, Ericksonian hypnosis, and, if needed, psychometric testing). Its aim is to foster autonomy and lasting well-being.
This coaching is more holistic than classic coaching in that it focuses as much on internal patterns, ingrained barriers, as on the development of resources and the objectives to be achieved.
Regulation of the nervous system
The autonomic nervous system is at the heart of our stress responses, whether acute, chronic, or post-traumatic. These deep-seated responses, rooted in the brain's archaic structures (limbic system, amygdala, hypothalamus, hippocampus), do not respond to traditional therapeutic approaches based on talk therapy or cognitive therapy. In some cases, these approaches can even worsen the dysregulation by reactivating the trauma or forcing a premature return to social interaction.
This is why I incorporate nervous system regulation tools from polyvagal theory (Stephen Porges) into my practice. This work supports a gradual reprogramming of the nervous system, allowing access to a genuine and stable state of physiological safety. It contributes not only to resilience, but also to the lasting reduction of stress and the healing of trauma.
I also offer the practice of heart coherence, which also acts directly on the autonomic nervous system. Thanks to the EmWave biofeedback tool, it is possible to visualize heart rate variability in real time and, through guided breathing, promote deep nervous regulation, emotional calming, and a return to balance.
I support people going through a professional transition, whether chosen or imposed, particularly in sensitive redundancy contexts.
This support may include:
- a process of reflection on grieving the loss of the role previously held
- a clarification of positioning and personal resources
- the exploration or redefinition of the professional project
- support with administrative procedures (unemployment, insurance),
- efficient assistance in preparing the application file
This support can be provided on an individual basis or as part of a service requested by a company, concerned with supporting its employees during periods of disruption.
